I want to thank you for allowing us at JPEA Academy last week to spend time with you and for your joining us on our individual journeys. There were many gems of inestimable value in your talk and the JPEA is truly a gift for those willing to embrace the information it contains.

I believe I do have a mission, as do we all, and I thank you for helping me focus my energies on completing it.

I thought it was valuable, the information brought clarity to some things I already knew & brought light to both new things and action steps to move towards health & growth in the areas I need work.

Thank you again for sharing your insight, sense of humor, patience, and vision with us today. I enjoyed out intense conversations in a relaxed atmosphere! Already, I am thinking of ways to “sell” and “delegate” aspects of the internship program to the faculty, so that they share ownership of this process with the students. Moreover, I will work to further involve parents and I also clicked on a creative way to partner with a staffing agency to assist me, so I am not overwhelmed. These ideas were already simmering. Your assessment just brought the pot to a full boil.

I wanted to thank you for your very gracious gift of allowing the Leadership Foundation (LF) to use the JPEAssessment tool for our recent strategic planning retreat. Under the capable and steady leadership or Jack, we were able to accomplish a great deal that would not have been possible apart from having access to your tool and expertise.

As importantly, however, is the way your graciousness fits into the larger picture for me. In taking over from my predecessor almost three years ago to lead LF, I have been faced with the formidable task of “building the care while we drive it”. This has resulted in some harrowing moments that have tested both my capacity and ability to lead. Along the way I have been graced with a number of very timely and divine encouragements. Your largess of time and talent ranks as a merciful and concrete reminder that I am able to do what I do because of others like yourself.

So thank you for your gracious and sublime gift of time, interest, and energy for LF. I am hopeful that this will be the beginning of a friendship that can be mutually enriching going forward.

Thank you for doing the personality inventory for my mom and I. I thought that it was good to learn what kind of environment and traits I have and need for success. It was also interesting to see how similar my mom and I are. Everyone seems to think that we are very different. But it looks like we aren’t that different after all. Now I can look for the environment that best supplements my personality and that will help me maximize my potential. Thanks again for everything,
